1. Order Confirmation
   All orders are confirmed upon receipt of full payment or an approved purchase order, where applicable.
   
   
2. Delivery Timeline
   Standard delivery time is 4–5 working days after order confirmation. For customized orders, timelines may vary and will be communicated during the order process.
   
   
3. Customization
   Customization services are available and may include branded colors, logos, and packaging details.
   
   
4. Returns & Exchanges
   Due to the personalized nature of our gift boxes, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
   
   
5. Payment Terms
   Full payment must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Accepted payment methods will be communicated upon order placement.
